If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay. tongits land will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account upon notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access that occurred before we were informed. We recommend using a strong, unique password and reviewing your account activity regularly through the dashboard available after logging in.

All financial transactions on tongits land — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There are no hidden currency conversion fees applied by the platform; the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account in ₱ PHP. You are responsible for any fees that your personal bank or payment provider may charge in connection with transactions made to or from your tongits land account, as these are outside of our control.

Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful processing by the relevant payment channel. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the funds held in that account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds a material breach of these terms, tongits land may withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with its legal obligations and its rights under this agreement. Where the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard processing times. Voluntary self-exclusion options are also available through our Responsible Gaming page for players who wish to take a break from gaming activities. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for the minimum duration selected by the player at the time of application.
